By accepting a very limited number of projects each year, DLB maintains an uncompromised level of personal attention and dedication. We spend a significant amount of time meeting with prospective homeowners, and we won’t commit to a project unless we know we can meet the standards we’ve set for ourselves and our clients.We are fair and competitive, but we don’t typically engage in projects that require competitive bidding. Simply stated, our standards are higher than the industry norm, and therefore so are our estimates. However, unlike most homebuilders, we stay strictly within the budget.
